2. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing includes order verification, packaging, and generating shipping labels.

Atlantistradecp uses reliable carriers for delivery, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
We ensure timely delivery and provide trackable shipping information.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Upon receipt, customers should inspect the packaging and product condition.
If there is any damage, missing parts, or other issues, please contact customer service immediately.

5. 14-Day No-Reason Return Policy

Customers may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving the product if they are not satisfied.
No reason is required, but the product must meet the return conditions. Please refer to the detailed Return policy.

6. Return Conditions

The returned products must be in a brand-new or unused condition.

All original packaging, accessories, and instruction manuals must be included together.

7. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receipt.
Exchanged products must meet the same return conditions: brand new ,unused, no damage or contamination. Please refer to the detailed Exchange policy for more information.

8. Return & Exchange Procedure

Customers should submit a return or exchange request via email, providing the order number and relevant information, sent to info@atlantistradecp.com.
We will respond within 24 hours and provide detailed instructions.

9. 2-Year Warranty

Atlantistradecp provides a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and material issues.
If issues arise during the warranty period, contact customer service for repair or replacement support.
