All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipments use reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Orders of $110 or more qualify for free shipping
Orders under $110 require a $10 shipping fee
Shipping costs include transportation and packaging and are managed by Atlantistradecp.
4. Receiving Orders
Upon receipt, customers should check the packaging and product condition. If there is any damage or missing parts, please contact customer service immediately.
5. 14-Day No-Reason Return Policy
Customers may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving the product if they are not satisfied. No reason is required, but products must meet return conditions. Please refer to our Return policy for details.
6. Return Conditions
The returned products must be in a brand-new or unused condition.
All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.
7. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by Atlantistradecp. Customers may use prepaid shipping labels or designated carriers to return items to ensure smooth processing.
8. Refund Method and Timing
Refunds will be returned using the customer’s original payment method. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving the returned item.
9. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product. Exchanged items must meet return conditions: brand new ,unused, no damage or contamination. Please refer to our Exchange policy for details.

12. 2-Year Warranty
Atlantistradecp provides a 2-year limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects and material issues. If a problem occurs within the warranty period, contact customer service for repair or replacement support.
